11Eleven respects your privacy and provides full transparency on how to request deletion of your personal data associated with your usage of the 11Eleven app.

How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data by any of the following methods:

• Send an email to: hello@11eleven.app
• Include the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
• Provide the email or account used inside the 11Eleven app

Once received, your request will be processed within 48–72 hours, and all associated user data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

If your request is connected to Meta (Facebook/Instagram login), this page fulfills Meta’s required "Data Deletion Instructions" endpoint.
